I created this checklist because I know what it feels like to lose yourself after a major life shift. To wake up in a life that no longer feels like yours. To feel like you’re starting over with no clear direction and no real sense of who you are anymore.

A few years ago, I walked away from a life that looked fine on the outside but felt completely misaligned on the inside. I left a marriage, hit rock bottom emotionally, and had to rebuild everything including my identity.
